Please keep in mind that all items are handmade by myself (xxPUFFY) here in Brisbane, Australia. Our products are not mass produced, meaning there is a wait time associated with every order, including production time, as each costume is individually custom made to your measurements and heavily focused on detail and accuracy.
We do not make wigs, full body or fitted armour, large/bulky props, or full sewn costumes.
We may consider requests regarding certain props and costumes that are not listed; however we are focused and specialize in smaller accessories – hair accessories, jewellery, small props/weapons etc.
Production time for these vary greatly depending on the complexity, and if supplies need to be searched for, but most orders can be generally completed around 1-4weeks.
We will personally notify you by email within 1-3days whether or not we are able to make your request.
By contacting xxPUFFY for a commission, you are not obligated to purchase the costume/prop you’re inquiring about. Your commission will not be considered into our schedule until a down payment is received, and production does not start until half of the total is paid. This is to protect both us and my customers.
We have to right to refuse to do any commission, for any reason, at any time.
Any problems or defects in workmanship with the item must be reported within 7 days of the receipt item. We will do everything in our power to work with you and resolve the issue.
The responsibility for having correct measurements is of the commission, and we are not responsible for receiving incorrect information. We are not obligated to remake or refund caused by incorrect information. Please make sure to double check all measurements before sending.
Commissioners are allowed to compete in competitions (if allowed by your convention), as long as proper credit is given and you inform us of any wins.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We are Paypal preferred, however bank transfer are also an option, but please message prior to making a purchase. Cash is also accepted for transactions made in person.
Items do not include shipping fees, unless listed, but can be provided upon request or at the time of purchase.
When commissioning from us, a non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid ASAP to reserve a spot in our schedule. The deposit will be subtracted from the final total.
Half or all of the remaining balance is required before we work on your commission – this is when we start purchasing supplies.
Full payment (including shipping) is required before your order will be shipped.
Shipping and Postage
Our items are shipped via Australian Post (Brisbane), but we are also happy to meet with you and hand you the item directly.
Shipping within Australia will generally take about 1-2weeks. Express postage can be requested upon purchase.
Wrong Delivery Address / Delivery failed packages
We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Please double check your order to make sure all valuable information is correct for package delivery. In the event that such information is left out, please contact us immediately. In the event where you are too late in picking up a package, and it get re-delivered to us, we can re-ship it out to you. However, you will have to pay for the re-shipment fees.
We are not responsible for any additional charges needed to re-ship or retrieve packages.
Cancelling Orders (Commissions)
We do not refund the deposit if you choose to cancel your commission after paying the down deposit.
If you choose to cancel before your order starts productions, deductions will be made for time spent on the commission and supplies bought.
